Are you part of Apple?
No. Fixtech is an independent repair provider and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. We are part of the Mezatech group and have repaired devices in Egypt since 2021.
Can I stay with my device while you repair it?
Yes, at a branch or on a home visit. We repair it in front of you and explain each step. If the repair needs our workshop, we collect the device and bring it back. Back up your photos and files before any repair.
Is the price on screen the price I pay?
It's our current price for that repair on your model. Once we confirm your booking, that price holds. Before you confirm, prices can change.
When and how do I pay?
When the repair is done. At home or at work: cash, card at your door, or InstaPay. At a branch: cash or InstaPay. You pay nothing on this page.
How long does it take?
iPhone screens and batteries take minutes. MacBook and iPad screens are done within 24 hours. Repairs that need the workshop: diagnosis in 24 to 48 hours, repair within 72 hours, depending on parts. For Apple Watch, we confirm the timing on the call.
What warranty do I get?
On iPhone: screens for life, against manufacturing and installation defects; batteries 6 months; cameras, speakers, charging ports and other internal parts 3 months; board-level repairs 30 days. On iPad, MacBook and Apple Watch, we tell you the warranty for your repair at the time of service. Water damage treatment has no warranty. The warranty covers the part we replaced or the service we performed; to claim, bring the device to a branch or book a pickup, with your receipt.
Can you come to me?
Yes. We come to your home or office and repair it there. The visit is free in 15 areas, including New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Maadi, Zamalek and Heliopolis, and EGP 200 in 7, including Katameya, Madinaty, El Rehab and New Giza. If the repair needs our workshop, we collect the device and bring it back.
